5 Lions MegawaysGeneral rules for betting and game play
These rules apply whenever you use our casino games, betting features or live casino tables. They should be read together with our general terms and conditions, any applicable bonus terms, and the information displayed in your account, cashier and the individual game. If a rule in a game or promotion applies specifically to that activity, the specific rule will apply to that activity.
You must be aged 18 or over to use our gambling services. You must also provide accurate information, keep your account details up to date and use your own account. We may carry out account, identity, age and payment checks before allowing play, withdrawals or continued access. We may ask for documents where this is necessary.
One account per player
You may hold only one personal account with us unless we have expressly authorised otherwise. Your account must not be shared with another person, and you must not allow anyone else to place bets, play games or access account functions on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect those details.
If we identify duplicate accounts, inaccurate information, suspicious activity or a breach of these rules, we may restrict, suspend or close an account. We may also cancel affected bets, withhold funds where permitted by the applicable terms, or take other action needed to protect the integrity of our services.
Real-money and bonus-balance play
Your available balance may include real-money funds and bonus funds. The cashier and account display show the balance and any applicable restrictions. Where both types of funds are available, the order in which funds are used may be determined by the relevant bonus terms and the system settings for the game.
A bet or spin may use real-money funds, bonus funds, or a combination of both, depending on the game and the conditions attached to your balance. You should look at the stake, balance and any bonus conditions before confirming play. Placing a bet means that you accept the stake shown to you at the point of confirmation.
Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation
Bets, spins and other game actions are final once placed or confirmed. They cannot normally be cancelled, amended or withdrawn after confirmation. You are responsible for checking the selected game, stake, bet type and any other details before you confirm the action.
Check before you play
Please make sure that the game, stake, table, bet type and payment balance are correct before you confirm. If you do not want to continue playing, use the account controls available to you, including deposit limits or a time-out.
How bets and spins are settled
The game server records the accepted bet, the relevant game action and the resulting outcome. For casino games, the result shown by the game server is final, subject to the malfunction rules below. The result may be a win, loss, push, return, feature outcome or another result defined by the relevant game.
The game’s in-game rules, paytable, help information and displayed instructions apply to each bet or spin. They explain the available outcomes, winning combinations, feature conditions, stake options and any limits that apply. You should read this information before playing, particularly where a game includes special symbols, bonus rounds, progressive features or different ways to win.
The return-to-player figure, where applicable, is shown in each game. This figure is a statistical calculation over a large number of plays and is not a promise of a particular return from an individual bet, session or group of spins. Results are not affected by previous wins or losses, and a past outcome does not make another outcome more or less likely.
Settlement and account records
A settled result will normally be reflected in your balance and transaction history. The balance shown in your account is the record to use when confirming whether a bet has been accepted and settled. A pending action may remain unsettled while the system completes processing, reconnects to a game or obtains the final result.
If displayed information conflicts with a recorded server result, the recorded server result will determine settlement, subject to any applicable correction for a technical error or malfunction. We may correct an obvious error in a displayed stake, result, balance or payment record.
- The accepted stake is the stake recorded by the game server.
- The applicable paytable and game rules determine whether an outcome wins and how much is returned.
- The server record determines the result if a display, connection or device shows incomplete information.
- A pending game may be settled when the connection is restored or when the game server completes processing.
Malfunctions, interruptions and disconnected games
A malfunction includes a technical fault, software error, communication failure, incorrect game operation, incorrect display, or another failure that affects the operation or settlement of a game. It may affect the game, your device, the connection, the account display or the recording of a transaction.
If a malfunction affects a game or bet, all affected play and pays may be void. This means that the affected stake, spin, feature, round or payout may be cancelled rather than settled as displayed. We may restore the position that existed immediately before the malfunction where that is possible and appropriate.
You must not try to exploit a fault, delay, incorrect display or other technical issue. If you notice a possible malfunction, stop using the affected game and contact us through the live chat on the site or by e-mail at support@casino-allwins.co.uk. We may restrict access to an affected game while we establish what happened.
What happens after disconnection
If you are disconnected during a game, the game may resume when you reconnect. Where the game has already received and recorded your action, it may settle the round in accordance with the game rules even if the result was not visible on your device at the time. A round that is still pending may be completed by the game server before your balance is updated.
Closing a browser, leaving a table, losing your internet connection or switching devices does not automatically cancel an accepted bet or spin. You should reconnect and look at your account history before attempting to place the same action again. This helps avoid making a duplicate bet.
Bonus play and promotional funds
Bonus funds are subject to the bonus terms shown with the relevant offer. Those terms may set out eligibility, expiry, wagering or playthrough requirements, maximum winnings, permitted games, maximum stakes, contribution rates and withdrawal conditions. You must read the applicable bonus terms before accepting or using a bonus.
The maximum bet or stake allowed during bonus play applies even if the game or account permits a higher stake in ordinary play. A bonus term may define what counts as a bet, spin or stake for this purpose. If you exceed an applicable maximum bet, we may remove the bonus and any associated winnings where the bonus terms allow us to do so.
Games may contribute differently towards any wagering or playthrough requirement. The contribution rate for a game is shown in the relevant bonus terms or account information. Some games, bets, features or transaction types may make no contribution. Changing games does not remove the conditions that apply to the bonus balance.
Bonus funds may expire, be removed after a qualifying condition is not met, or be cancelled when an account is closed in accordance with the bonus terms. We may not be able to restore a bonus after a technical issue, account restriction or withdrawal request. Any real-money balance and bonus balance will be handled in line with the applicable account and bonus terms.
Before accepting a bonus
Look at the maximum stake, eligible games, contribution rates, expiry conditions and withdrawal rules before you accept a promotional offer. If the terms are not clear, contact support before using the bonus.
Live casino and table games
Live casino and table games operate according to the rules displayed in the individual table’s help section. These rules explain the available bets, minimum and maximum stakes, dealing procedure, settlement method, side bets, dealing errors and any table-specific conditions. You must read the table information before placing a bet.
The dealer’s decisions and the recorded game outcome are final, subject to the applicable table rules and the malfunction provisions. A decision may include whether a bet was accepted in time, whether a card or other game event counts, and how an irregular event is handled. If the table rules provide a specific procedure, that procedure will apply.
Late bets and accepted bets
Bets must be placed before the table closes betting for the round. A late bet may be rejected, returned or treated according to the table’s displayed rules. A bet that appears on your device but was not accepted by the game server is not an accepted bet. You should look at your balance and game history if you are unsure whether an action was recorded.
If a round is interrupted, the table may resume, complete or settle it after reconnection. Leaving the table or losing your connection does not necessarily cancel an accepted bet. Where a dealing, display or communication problem affects the round, the game may be paused while the applicable table rules and server records are applied.
- The help section for each table contains the game-specific rules.
- The dealer’s decision applies to the round, subject to the table rules.
- Bets placed after betting closes may not be accepted.
- The game server record determines whether a bet was accepted and how the round settled.
- A connection problem does not by itself cancel an accepted bet.
Disputes and questions about a bet
If you believe that a bet, spin or table round has not settled correctly, contact us as soon as possible. Write to support@casino-allwins.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. We will look into the account record, game server information and any relevant game or table rules.
To help us identify the matter, include the following information where available:
- The game or table name.
- The date and approximate time of the bet, spin or round.
- The round, bet or transaction reference shown in your account.
- The stake amount and the result displayed to you.
- A clear description of what you believe is incorrect.
- Any relevant screenshots or other information that shows the issue.
Please do not send your password, full payment card details or other information that is not needed to identify the transaction. We may ask for additional information to confirm that you are the account holder and to protect your account.
We will provide an explanation based on the available records and the rules that apply to the game or table. The server result, accepted transaction record and applicable game rules will be used when determining the outcome of a dispute. If the issue concerns a technical fault, we may need to wait for information from the game system before giving a final response.
Play responsibly
Gambling should remain a form of entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems. We provide account tools including deposit limits and time-outs. You can also request self-exclusion. Support is available from GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is affecting your finances or wellbeing, stop playing and seek support.
